NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Calgary Women’s Soccer Association (CWSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is open to members in good standing and invited guests only. Details on the login and participation process will be sent by email prior to the meeting to your team’s designated voting delegate.

This meeting is mandatory for voting members (teams registered for the Outdoor 2026 and the Indoor 2026-27 seasons). Each season’s registration is considered a separate team for AGM purposes.

Each registered team receives one (1) vote and must designate a delegate for the meeting.

Failure to have a delegate present to represent a registered team for the entire meeting will result in a $100 fine per absent team.
