How to Register TO a Team - For Players & Team Officials
- Click on your team’s unique invite link (your team owner can send this to you)
- Log in to (or Create) your RAMP account
- VERIFY that you are joining the correct team
- Choose family member - Choose your own name from the drop down list, OR if this is your first season, Select ‘Add a Family Member’ and enter in all of your own details - (you will only need to enter your information this first time, in all future seasons this will pre-populate for you)
- Select your role (Player, Staff/Coach, or Both)
- Click ‘Continue’
- Read waivers & sign electronically at the bottom
- Click ‘continue’
- Review that all of your registration information is correct
- Click ‘Submit Registration’
* YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CLICK ‘SUBMIT REGISTRATION’ *
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided as soon as your registration is completed.

- Access Team Login by selecting 'Login' in the main menu on the CWSA Website, then 'Score Entry/Team Login', or click here
- Your Team login is assigned each season and is different from your own personal RAMP account
How to use the QR code on CWSA game sheets to submit your Referee Evaluations
- Open your camera app
- point your phone at the QR code on your CWSA game sheet
- tap the pop-up banner/link or QR code icon to open the CWSA Referee Evaluation
- Fill out and submit your referee evaluation like normal
