Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors created the 2023 (and beyond) strategic plan for the Calgary Women’s Soccer Association to provide a roadmap for our organization. The process of creating a strategic plan allows the board and staff to outline the organization’s most important priorities, ensuring that everyone is aligned around our mission, vision, values, and priorities. The strategic plan will serve as a guide for major decisions and will help unify the board and staff to work towards the same goals.
