NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Calgary Women’s Soccer Association (CWSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually. The meeting is open to members in good standing and invited guests only. Details on the login and participation process will be sent by email prior to the meeting to your team’s designated voting delegate.

This meeting is mandatory for voting members (teams registered for the Outdoor 2023 and the Indoor 2023-24 season).
Failure to have a delegate present at the meeting will result in a $100.00 fine.

Team Delegate
Each team may appoint one (1) delegate to attend the meeting and vote on behalf of the team. The CWSA By-Laws (Section 3.15) state that “Team Members will appoint in writing to the Society, ten (10) days prior to the meeting of Members, the name of the Delegate to represent the Team Member”. The team delegate must have been registered to the team they represent in the Outdoor 2023 season or the Indoor 2023-24 season and is the only person eligible to vote on behalf of their team.
Team delegate forms must be returned to the CWSA no later than Saturday, November 25, 2023.
Late changes to voting delegates will not be permitted.
