Rules
2023 Senior Championship Rule Book (this is the rulebook that is currently in use. The provincial rules have not been updated since the 2023 version)
Rosters
- If you are planning to register any NEW players for provincials, they must be registered on or before Friday, March 13th (7 days prior to the competition)**.
- If you are NOT planning to use replacement players you do not need to submit your roster. We will export your roster from RAMP and submit it AS IS to Alberta Soccer.
- If you ARE planning to use replacement players:
- You must submit a Replacement Player Form to office@mycwsa.ca by Wednesday, March 11.
Teams may only use replacement players if their roster is depleted to 17 players or less and may only use replacement players to bring their roster back up to 18 players. A maximum of 4 replacement players may be used. View the full rules on replacement players in the Alberta Soccer Senior Provincial Championship Rule Book 2023. If your team has more than 18 players registered for the regular season, you will also need to include a list of additional players to be removed to bring your roster down to 18 players total (including your replacement players).
